Alexander Hall is home to SCAD’s painting, photography, printmaking, and ceramics programs. The full remodel of the first and second floor of Alexander Hall included adding new flooring, woodwork, ceilings, lighting, HVAC, and finishes throughout. On the first floor, new storefront offices, classrooms, and computer labs were created. We also added several film development studios and dark rooms on the ground level. On the second floor, we created a mock-up gallery setting for students to display and sell their artwork as they would in a professional setting. The second floor also includes several classrooms and individual studios for students to work on their art.
